How Do I Pay for My Appointments? What if I need to cancel?

Psychotherapy by Angelina , LLC has a “ pay as you go” policy.

• First Session is paid in advance over the phone before appointment time and to secure your session time
• Cancelled appointments must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid charges
• Appointments scheduled for same day will not be issued refunds if cancelled
• Credit card and exact cash are accepted at office only after first visit
• A Credit Card Authorization form must be completed at our office to insure fiduciary responsibility for future unpaid and cancelled scheduled appointments less than 24 hours
